A 19-year-old man was arrested this week for allegedly carrying out a home-invasion robbery last month in Redondo Beach and pistol-whipping a resident, police said. Redondo Beach detectives responded just after 9 a.m. on April 15 to the 600 block of Beryl Street on a report of a home invasion when the suspect pistol-whipped a resident and demanded property before leaving, said Lt. Jeff Mendence of the Redondo Beach Police Department. On Tuesday, detectives served a search warrant in Los Angeles and arrested Dylan Damarco Landry in connection with the crime, Mendence said.
